TE Engineering And Machinery Trading (IP0339963-D) should behold innocent and harmless against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising from the user’s usage or purchase of items from the site.

Users shall be liable to any unlawful, abusive, or obscene comments or material(s) submitted to the site.
Item warranty & return policy
For online items come with a stated warranty period, item ordered turn faulty within the warranty period will be restored without additional cost. Users are advised to call and make an arrangement prior to warranty claim. Users are responsible for return shipping cost (if any) and we will send back the claimed item at our cost.
MILWAUKEE HAND TOOL LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Every MILWAUKEE hand tool is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any hand tool which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the tool. Return the hand tool product to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center location freight prepaid and insured, is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or accidents.
MILWAUKEE POWER TOOLS 2 YEAR WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage :
Milwaukee warrants this product for 2 year from the date of purchase. We will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty material and/or workmanship. For the same effect repair within warranty period, a maximum five times warranty repair are allowed for Milwaukee Power Tools. Parts covered under the warranty includes Armature, Field Coil, Switch, Electronic,Gear, Battery, and charger. Please return the Complete unit, transport prepaid, to any local Milwaukee Service centre or Dealer with valid Complete Invoice for warranty claim.
This warranty DOES NOT apply to :
Normal Wear and Tear parts : Example : Carbon Brush, Bearing, Tools Holder, Chuck Adaptor, Spindle, Button, Filter, Selector, Power Cord, and Housing.
Attatchments and Accessories,unauthorized repair, alteration/modification,Damage caused by foreign object, substances, accidents,obvious, misuse, abuse,neglect and improper applications.
This is guanrantee, however does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized, repair, tampering, normal wear & tear, additions and modifications made to the tools in any manner.
This term only covers the general warranty policy for tools purchased in Malaysia only. Details may vary from country to country. Please consult the local Milwaukee service centre or dealer for more details.
Item return & refund policy
If user is not satisfied with the online purchased item(s) from us , kindly return it back to us within 10 days with the original receipt and will fully refund for you. However, the item shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labelling shall be in original state as per original shipping container received. There will not be any refund if the item has been used, tempered or damaged by the customer. TE Engineering And Machinery Trading (IP0339963-D) will not be responsible if the customer’s shipment of items are lost during the return transit. Once the returned items have been inspected, we will proses refund back the item within 3-5 working days. However, every refund item is subjected to 20% forfeit in cash from its bill OR you can choose for exchange another product.
*Please be informed that there are items that are strictly not returnable & refundable due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expire time, storage condition and etc. Users are advised to call and ask whether the items are returnable or refundable every time before returning the items.
